Questions and Answers About Becoming an Affiliate

  • How do I join?
    • It's easy to join.  Just complete our online form, and our staff will setup your affiliate account.

  • Is there a cost to join?
    • We offer a free affiliate program and a paid affiliate program.  Just complete our online form, and our staff will setup your affiliate account.

  • Why would I pay to become an affiliate?
    • Like we said above, you can sign up for the free affiliate account.  But if you would like to have your own private label with your company name, there is a fee.

  • How long does it take to get started?
    • For the free affiliate program, you can start with in 2-5 business days.  If you are signing up for the private label, you should expect to be up and running within 5-10 business days.

  • How do I add markups to my engine?
    • This is done through your administration console and is not available for Orion participants.  Detailed instructions can be found here ( will make an instructional document I think)

  • Can I get a refund?
    • There are no refunds after purchase based on that the one time cost for private label affiliates is a setup and application fee.  Will you help me customize my site?  We can assist you in some customization, billing for this service is $85.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour)

  • Can I have your products in other languages?
    • At this time we do not offer customized language choices.

  • How do I get paid?
    • Currently we have 2 ways of paying out commissions: by check or paypal.

  • What does fulfillment mean?
    • When a ticket is booked, there are many quality control steps that must be followed before the ticket can be issued.  These include credit card verification to prevent fraud, compliance with airline rules and regulations and customer service.  We offer fulfillment of these items so that you do not have to.

  • What are the different types of airfare that are mentioned?
    • We have four types of fare: Private net (or consolidator), these are fares that have been negotiated with the airlines directly to secure lower rates.  International published, Domestic, and Domestic web fares, these three are generally available to all agencies.

  • How are fares loaded in my search engine?
    • All the booking engines are powered by a centralized global distribution system, so when a fare is lowered by the airline, it is immediately available to you.
